We ship worldwide.
Shop tax free outside the EU and get 20% off on all prices
Customers outside the European Union (EU) shop Tax Free (no swedish V.A.T. will be added) and get 20% off on ALL products. The 20% tax will be deducted when choosing your order destination country at check-out. The prices in our webshop are always shown INCLUDING the 20% VAT.

EU 150 SEK + 50 SEK for each extra item (appx. 15 Euro + 5 Euro for each extra item)
Norway 200 SEK (appx. 160 NOK)
Switzerland 200 SEK (appx. 29 CHF)
USA & Canada 350 + 100 SEK for each extra item (appx. USD 45 + USD 13 for each extra item)
Japan & Australia 450 SEK + 100 SEK for each extra item (appx. USD 58 + USD 13 for each extra item)
Rest of the world 400 SEK + 100 SEK for each extra item (appx. USD 52 + USD 13 for each extra item)
We ship with UPS
All international orders are shipped with UPS, and they are fully insured by UPS. All international orders come with a UPS tracking number to follow your order all the way to your doorstep!
Payment options
We offer payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal or international bank transfer. Please contact us if you would like to pay with international bank transfer and we´ll hand you the necessary information you need.
Currencies
Most prices are set in Swedish Krona (SEK), and other currencies shown in our webshop are directly converted from SEK. All orders are charged in SEK. Prices in other currencies than SEK might vary from day to day due to world currency changes.
Delivery
We ship within 24 hours working days. During sale please allow another day or two.
Order comfirmation
After you´ve placed your order you´ll recieve an automatic order comfirmation to your email address. When your order has been shipped you will recieve another email with your tracking number.
Returns and exchanges
You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days. Please email us at support@shelta.se and let us know what it is you want to return or exchange, and please do include your order number. Exchanges do not apply to products bought on sale. Send all exchanges and returns to:
