It's here, after a three year hiatus, Franchise is back with their 7th issue. Kicking things off, the cover features a tribute to Sue Bird by NY based artist Chris Lloyd, inside they have a conversation between Bird and her teammate, opponent and friend, Diana Taurasi. The issue features new and previously unseen Chicago Bulls related works by the legendary Phil Frost, a feature on basketball related movie posters by Ghanian painters via Deadly Prey Gallery, and a profile on an ultra rare one of a kind Michael Jordan pinball machine. Issue 07 showcases artists Jaime Muñoz, Samantha Rosenwald, Jacob Rochester, we welcome back the photo expertise of Isa Salaabi, an homage for Brittney Griner by Cali DeWitt and much more.

Franchise is a gallery, magazine and record label based in Los Angeles, California. Depending on who's reading, Franchise is either an art glossy celebrating basketball or a basketball magazine celebrating art. Founded in nostalgia and basketball, Franchise finds themselves in the middle of retro-inspired sports editorials, prints, apparel, and musical inspiration. Their unique mindset keeps collections simple while sharing their love for Chicago and the ‘80s.
