Retur UPS Shipping EU (SHIP-UPS-RET-EU)

For a fast and smooth return service within the EU, this is you best and in most cases the less expensive option. Once you have bought this return service we will create a UPS return note that will be emailed to you. All you will need to do is to print this label, put it on your return box, and drop off the return at your local UPS point.

IMPORTANT: At checkout, please write RETURN + your order number in the message box.

Please note:
- you need a printer to print out the return note that we have emailed you
- you will be responsible for dropping your return off at your local UPS service point
- make sure you get a receipt at your local UPS service point
- once your return has reached us, we will process your return right
